Linger Conference 2014

Watermark SunsetIt was a beautiful sight to see.

After a long week of shooting in Miami for my company, I was glad to be back in Dallas. Lots to say but a simple photo blog will do.

   I arrived a little late so I didn't get to hear Tullian Tchividjian or the panel discussion, but I did get to listen to Matt Chandler. I enjoyed that. Saturday was wonderful with some of my favorite teachers: Todd Wagner @wordswithwags and Jonathan Pokluda @JPokluda.      JP's discussion on the importance of Sabbath(rest) was my biggest take away. I will do a better job to rest when resting, and work when working, and to not combine the two. "Rest and Refocus".

    I will say that being in Dallas was a luxury because we are a few miles from home. I saw some name tags from South Carolina, California, and a few others from a bit further than what we would need a quick Buckee's pit stop ;).
  

    Don't let this just another conference. I encourage you to apply what you have learned. I would ask the same.
